Dr. Alan Gibb
Dr. Alan Gibb is dedicated to creating outstanding smiles for his patients, using the latest technology available. Dr. Gibb received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, with honors, from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2003. He continued his education in a two-year orthodontic residency program, receiving his master's degree and a diploma in orthodontics in 2005. Dr. Gibb is an accredited orthodontist. This means that he is a dental specialist who has completed an advanced orthodontic residency program accredited by both the Canadian & American Dental Associations, of at least two academic years in the specialty of orthodontics.
Away from the office, Dr. Gibb enjoys the Southern Alberta sports environment and continues to actively participate in basketball, golf, mountain biking, and water & snow skiing. Aside from his private practice, Dr. Gibb is a member of many professional organizations including the Canadian & American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, Royal College of Dentists of Canada, Alberta Dental Association, and the Canadian Dental Association. Dr. Gibb and his team are committed to providing exceptional orthodontic care in an environment that is modern, comfortable and people-oriented.
Patti - Financial Co-Ordinator/SchedulingI've been with Dr. Gibb since our pratice opened in 2005. I absolutely love my job - every day I meet new people and discover new challenges and opportunities. In my spare time I enjoy baking, reading, going to movies and "walking the coulees" with my dog, Harley. My husband Mark and I have 4 "kids" - Matt (26)(Jessica), Nicole (24)(Mike), Logan (18), and Brett (14), and 3 grandkids, Seth, Damien, and Mya. |

Katie - Marketing Co-Ordinator/SchedulingI have been with Gibb Orthodontics since March, 2007. This is my first job in a dental office. I love the people I work with and the patients I get to meet every day. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my nephews and nieces, reading books, water sports and shopping!

Jen - Treatment Co-OrdinatorI have been in the dental field for over 10 years and joined the Gibb Orthodontics team in May, 2007. I enjoy meeting new people and am always up for a challenge. My love for the outdoors has taken me on the West Coast Trail with my husband and many other backpacking adventures. I enjoy trail running, triathalons and weightlifting.

Donna - AssistantI have worked in the dental field since 1998. I recently relocated to Lethbridge from Edmonton and love the warm, fun, friendly atmosphere workng with Dr. Gibb. I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a wonderful orthodontic team. I have been married for 23 years to Roy and have two children in Edmonton attending university (Samantha -20, and Kyle - 18). The most positive part of my job is experiencing the thrill of taking patients' braces off, the patient cannot stop smiling and the change is outstanding! |

Lynsey - AssistantI have been a dental assistant for 3 years. I have recently been added to the Gibb Orthodontics team in April, 2007, and love the new challenge. I am married and love to spend time with my husband, Patrick, as well as my family. I also like to play the piano and catch a good movie now and then.

Shelley - Lab TechI have worked in the dental field for the past 30 years. I recently moved to the Lethbridge area and joined Dr. Gibb's orthodontic practice in May, 2007, as a lab tech. I enjoy golf and travel in my spare time.

I have been in dental assisting for over 19 years – over half of that time I spent “temping” at various offices throughout southern Alberta. I joined Gibb Orthodontics in September, 2006 as a temp and shortly after was hired permanently. I find orthodontics challenging and exciting and have loved learning the many new things that orthodontics entails. I completed my Orthodontic Module in September, 2005. I love to work with kids and find great joy in seeing the changes in their life as well as their smiles! I have been married to Rob for 18 years and have 6 great kids and a son-in-law: Savannah (21) (married to Austin), Orrin (13), Shelby (11), Emmet (9), Paden (5), and Morgan (3). I enjoy spending time with my family, scrapbooking, running, photography, snowboarding, reading and watching my boys play sports (lacrosse and hockey).
