Our patient-centered practice endeavors to provide a positive, rewarding experience while accommodating our patients’ needs.
Practice Features
The staff at Gibb Orthodontics wants to make your visit a pleasant and enjoyable one. Our relaxing reception area is complete with cable television, PlayStation and Xbox, with all of the latest games, as well as a wide selection of magazines for your reading pleasure. To ensure that your visit is more efficient, we offer computerized patient check-in services. We understand how hectic life can be. That’s why we utilize appointment reminder calls and email reminders so you won’t forget an important appointment! To make your experience with us fun and exciting, we host office contests throughout the year, as well as a patient rewards program called Ortho Bucks. With Ortho Bucks, patients collect coins at each office visit, which they can redeem for great prizes!

Your scheduled appointment has been reserved specifically for you. We request 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 48 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Please ask us about financing options. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.
Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well being of children and adults. We realize that families and individuals have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations; therefore, we offer several very flexible payment options. At the time of the consultation appointment, the office staff will review the fee, develop a personal financial plan and assist you in maximizing your insurance benefits. For your convenience, we accept Direct Debit, MasterCard and Visa. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Although payment in full will receive an additional discount, most of our orthodontic patients choose a payment plan over the course of their orthodontic treatment.
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.
To help us with your insurance benefits and filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire prior to your initial consultation with our practice.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
